the ConnectIt software is particularly difficult to install, but because
of the many different configuration options that are available. Working
with ConnectIt day-in, day-out, our installation support team
is well placed to advise on how the software should be set up for the needs of
your specific business.
Our installation assistance service is provided remotely via screen sharing technology to register, install, configure and train you on your newly purchased software. One of our support assistants calls you up, talks you through connecting screens and installing the software before finally talking you through the configuration options to get the software set up for the way that your business works.
The fee for remote installation includes registration, configuration, training and 30 days Gold (same day telephone) support.
